At our friendly studio in Adamstown, every program begins with a one-on-one assessment to tailor exercises for your needs — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a neurological condition, living with chronic pain, or simply wanting to improve your movement.

Our Services and fees:

Initial assessment - $150
A one-on-one assessment is required before joining any group session.
Your initial 60-minute appointment includes a thorough assessment and a personalised set-up session to ensure you’re safely and confidently prepared for group classes.
1:1 Clinical pilates - $130
For those looking for a more personal approach or dont feel comfortable in a group we are able to complete 1:1 sessions.
Each session lasts 45 minutes
Beginners 1:1 Pilates program - $405
If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with two private sessions following your initial assessment. These sessions will help you become confident in activating your core and using the equipment safely before joining a group class.

Are Clinical Pilates sessions covered by private health? Yes – if your Clinical Pilates sessions are part of a physiotherapy treatment plan and run by a physiotherapist, they may be claimed under item code 560 (group physiotherapy). We recommend checking with your health fund to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.
What should I wear to my appointment or Pilates class? Please wear comfortable, moveable clothing (like activewear). For Clinical Pilates, we recommend grip socks for your safety and hygiene.
