About Us:

Where movement meets care.

At Perkins Physiotherapy and Pilates, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to move well and feel confident in their body. Based in the heart of Adamstown, we offer expert physiotherapy and small group or one-on-one Clinical Pilates in a calm, supportive, and physio-led environment.

We were founded with a clear purpose: to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals of all ages and abilities feel empowered to improve their health and movement. Whether you're managing a condition, recovering from injury, or simply aiming to move more freely, we are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Our approach is grounded in respect, compassion, and evidence-based care — because we know that feeling seen, heard, and supported is just as important as the treatment itself.

Anna's Approach

Anna brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to everything she does.

She enjoys helping people with complex presentations achieve meaningful goals — whether that’s improving mobility, regaining independence, or simply moving without fear.

Anna is particularly passionate about working with older adults. Her programs aim to reduce falls risk and support people to stay active and engaged in the activities they enjoy.

By combining her clinical knowledge with hands-on Pilates instruction, Anna makes movement accessible, safe, and effective for all ages and abilities
