General Physiotherapy:
Do you have general strength, balance and endurance goals that a gym cannot address?
Following an intital assessment Anna will work with you to tailor an individualised program that will safely allow you to progress and work towards your chosen goals.
Anna draws on all of her previous experience to combine more traditional rehabilitation with Clinical Pilates to provide a comprehansive and individualised program to manage your specific needs.

Do you have complex rehabilitation needs such as a neurological or denenerative condition?
Anna has significant experience working with specific conditions such as:
- Stroke,
- Multiple sclerosis
- Parkinsons
- Degenerative neurological diagnosis
- Osteoporosis

Clinical Pilates Classes
Do you feel uncomfortable exercising in large group classes?
Anna offers Physiotherapist led, small group Pilates classes with no more 3 people. Each client will be led through a tailored program to meet their individual needs at a safe yet challenging pace. The classes will encompass the use of Pilates equipment as well as small props and equipment.

An initial assessment is required prior to being elegable for a class.
If you have not done Pilates before it would be recommended to complete 2-3 individual sessions with Anna prior to transferring to a class to ensure you are ready for a group environment.

Rebates and Fees
Health Fund Rebates:
Rebates are available depending on your level of cover. We use Tyro online for instant claiming with eligible health funds, allowing you to only pay the gap. If your health fund is not eligible for Tyro, you will be provided with an invoice to claim your rebate directly.

Medicare:
To claim physiotherapy services under a Chronic Disease Management Plan, a GP referral is required. You will need to pay the full appointment fee upfront. An instant claim will be processed for your rebate, and a gap payment will apply for initial and one-on-one appointments.

DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs):
A GP referral is required for all services through DVA. Appointments are limited to 45 minutes.

Clinical Pilates Classes:

Health fund rebates may apply for classes under Group Physiotherapy code 560.

Prepaid classes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Class packages are valid for 12 months.

Invoicing for health fund claims with a bulk class package is processed after the entire class pack has been redeemed.
Cancellation policy
At our clinic, providing the best possible care to all our clients is our top priority. Last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our ability to offer high-quality care, as they often leave us unable to fill empty appointments.

Notice Period
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel an appointment or class. However, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to accommodate other clients.

Fees for Late Cancellations

Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 charge, which will be applied to your account and collected at your next appointment.

Classes: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in either a deduction from your class pack or a charge for the full class fee, payable at your next appointment.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be made at the clinic's discretion.
